FAQ

Do you come to my house?

Yes. My Rolling Canvas LLC is a mobile only company. Our locations are on-site whether it be your home, school, restaurant, or any location you provide.

How much does it cost per person?

$30 per painter for a 11X14 canvas. We offer a wide range of canvas sizes to fit your needs. Our prices vary depending on the size you choose.

How long is the painting party?

         A party size of 10 painters takes 1.5 hours to complete. A party size of 10 or more painters takes 2 hours to              complete.

How do I choose an art for my canvas painting party?

To make each child's artwork special, we collaborate with them to learn about their favorite characters, hobbies, sports, or animals. Additionally, we offer unlimited edits to ensure the artwork meets the child's expectations and satisfaction.

Does the price include all supplies?

Yes. We will bring all supplies necessary for the canvas paint party (1 artist, canvases, paint brushes, cups, plates, paint, paper towels, easels, and aprons)

What kind of paint do you use?

We use acrylic non-toxic paint. It will stain clothing and rugs. We suggest taking the rug out of the room or covering it to prevent paint stains. It is also recommended for kids to wear short sleeve shirts while painting. I hope this helps!

What is the form of payment? 

Payments are accepted via Venmo, Zelle, check or cash. 

Is there a minimum guest count for a party?

Yes. We kindly ask that the minimum guest count for the event is 10 painters.

How do we reserve our event?

Please call us at (609) 425-0216. A security deposit of $100 will be required to lock in the event date. The security deposit will be applied towards the overall cost of the event. In addition, a signed waiver is required to lock in an event date. The waiver form will be emailed to you once deposit is received. The balance is due one week prior to the date of the event. We look forward to hearing from you! 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. For cancellation made one week prior to the event, a full deposit refund will be granted. However any cancellation made less than one week's notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit OR the event may be rescheduled to another available date.

How far do you travel? 

We are proud to serve the Middlesex, Monmouth, Union and Somerset counties. We understand that sometimes our clients may require our service outside of these areas, and we are happy to accommodate for an extra fee.
